COLLECTION OF ORDERS IN THE STORES

MiTi's sales staff, which presence is widespread, visits large-scale retail stores every day and collects, where possible, orders from all products managers. The orders are therefore promptly collected and transmitted to our offices that will then process them.

ORDERS MANAGEMENT THROUGH CROSS-DOCKING PROCESS

This is MiTi's strength. We use cross-docking procedures in order to simplify our customers' logistics processes. The orders from the various stores are sent to pre-set distribution centres, simulating in this way a constant flow of products that minimize storage and other operations.

MiTi's job starts from ideas! Our Sales support team helps its customers realize their goals through:

During its years of experience, MiTi has specialized in ad-hoc store's shelves arrangement (parapharmacies, herbalist's shops and professional hair care) and in structures that can increase the visibility of goods on the shelf (shelf tray, stoppers, koala hanging displays).

STOCK IN STORE

MiTi's sales team visits the different stores daily, in this way large-scale retail store's buyers can order the right quantity of products to have a minimum stock in the store. This entails considerable advantages when re-stocking the same products or in case of replacement (if rotation standards aren't being met).

Business Intelligence and Report systems have been specifically created for the different company's department.
